Unicore has incorporated the import, export, and transfer of the items pertaining to research, production, supply, and sales within its compliance management ambit. Unicore conducts a strict review and verification of the transaction entities, end use and end user of items. If the delivery of the items (products, technologies, services) (including export, re-export, transfer or transfer (in-country),etc.), may contravene the above laws and regulations, Unicore reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate the contracts/purchase orders of the relevant transaction items without any liability.

Furthermore, we require our suppliers to adopt corresponding policies. They must take reasonable steps to ensure that the tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), gold (Au), and other conflict minerals they source are not linked to armed conflict. Suppliers are expected to conduct due diligence regarding mineral origin and the chain of custody and to actively engage with relevant initiatives and guidelines.
