Unicore showcased in InterGEO 2016

Oct 14, 2016

From October 11-13th, the geospatial community has gathered in Hamburg, Germany, for the world’s largest conference on geodesy-INTERGEO. High-end equipment manufacturers from around the world attend the event. During the show, Unicore displayed its newly designed centimetre level high precision GNSS module for the first time.

UB380, UB282, UB352 series high-precision Boards are still the classic products in overseas markets, which have been tested, validated, and applied by a large number of international customers.  Applied to the CORS, precision agriculture, unmanned aerial vehicles, machine control and other fields, Unicore products had won got excellent market performance and won good reputation. It is worth mentioning that, for the European market, Unicore high-precision products has full support for Galileo.

What is even more noteworthy is the debut of series of high precision positioning/heading GNSS modules. By employing a single UC4C0(432 channel tracking) baseband chip and a single RF chip, using single-sided SMD packaging, UM332/UM4B0 can achieve high accuracy heading and output, within current minimum size in the industry (4x3cm). The modules can simultaneously track BDS B1/B2/B3 + GPS L1/L2/L5 + GLONASS L1/L2+Galileo E1/E5a/E5b*. In terms of performance, UM332/UM4B0 modules can output 10 cm pseudo range and 1mm carrier phase, and provide centimeter RTK positioning and better than 0.2 degree/1m baseline Heading. Owing to the adaptive narrow-band interference and integrated MEMS navigation, the module remains a first-class experience even in complicated environment. These products are targeting the markets of UAV, Robotics, Marine Navigation, GIS, Machine Control, etc.. The first samples will be available early next year.
